Multiple Items In Your Order
Our products are individually boxed and shipped separately. Therefore, different items in your order may arrive on separate days. Please allow a few days to account for this. We unfortunately have no control over items not arriving together, but hang in there, your items will arrive.
If your first item has arrived and you still don't have all your items after two weeks, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out and ensure you get everything you purchased.
International (not the USA, Canada, UK or Australia)
International shipping can be expensive. We are investigating adding more shipping warehouses. Training Products will be shipped from the closest/cheapest warehouse when stock is available.
There are no customs fees or duties for the USA, as we have a warehouse in this country and have already paid the customs and taxes to get the products into the USA. Your country may charge customs fees or take additional time to process your items through customs. We do our best to avoid any delays or additional customs fees, however, we unfortunately have no control over these delays or additional fees. Most countries do not incur any issues at customs and are delivered smoothly. Unfortunately, if your country does charge you additional fees or delay the delivery, this is out of our control. Any additional taxes or fees are your responsibility.
If you want to know how much customs will charge you or why there is a delay in processing your order through customs, you will need to call the customs office in your country.
New Zealand Customers
Unfortunately due to NZ customs laws: "Any shipment coming into New Zealand valued over $399 will be held". Therefore, if you are a NZ customer and wish to purchase multiple items, please place each order separately (or make sure you keep your order total under $399) so that you can glide through customs without any issues. Shipping will not be any different if you place your order together or separately, as the items are shipped according to weight. Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when the order is shipped. This is generally between 1 to 3 days after you placed your order.
- USA: You will usually received your order in around 2 to 10 days. Please note, during peak times of the year, such as Black Friday/Christmas, there can be a delays especially if you choose the FREE shipping option or cheapest option. Express post will take priority and be delivered sooner than free postage.
- International: Shipping usually takes around 1-2 weeks depending on your country, however some countries are slow and may take longer. This is out of our control unfortunately. International express shipping is always faster than the cheap option but does not guarantee delivery within a certain number of days for international shipments.
Wholesale orders world wide are excluded from free shipping. Due to the fact that the products are being shipped in bulk, shipping costs stay relatively low.
