The Ski Addiction return policy applies to brand new products only. If your product has been removed from its original packaging, is not in the same condition as you received it, or it has been used, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, our return policy lasts 30 days from purchase and proof of purchase is required. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Digital Products
- Ski Addiction Sticker Pack
- Gift cards
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff as "Good Inventory", we will notify you of the approval and of your refund. Our warehouse staff have the authority for the inspection process, their decision is final. If the product is accepted as "Bad" you will be refunded only 50% of the cost of the product (minus shipping). If you are approved, your refund (minus shipping) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days after the refund is issued, to see the money refunded.
Please Note - The decision on whether the product is in “Good” or “Bad” condition is made by the warehouse staff of our third party order fulfillment company. If the warehouse staff have decided the product is in “Bad” condition and you have not sent through photos showing the condition of the package being returned, the decision is final and you will not receive a full refund. By returning your products you are agreeing to the Return terms and the decision cannot be appealed.
Rather than receive a refund, you may be able to exchange your product for a Ski Addiction product of equal or lesser value. This is dependant on whether your products are received at Ski Addition as "Good" or as "Bad". If your product is accepted as "Good", you will be able to exchange it. If the product is accepted as "Bad" you will not be eligible for an exchange and will be refunded only 50% of the cost of the product (minus shipping).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ship the products back using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for a successful delivery to our warehouse.
