Return Policy

The Ski Addiction return policy applies to brand new products only. If your product has been removed from its original packaging, is not in the same condition as you received it, or it has been used, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, our return policy lasts 30 days from purchase and proof of purchase is required. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Digital Products
  • Sticker Pack
  • Gift cards

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days after the refund is issued, to see the money refunded.

    Sale Items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    Rather than receive a refund, you may be able to exchange your product for a Ski Addiction product of equal or lesser value. This is dependant on whether your products are received at a Ski Addition as "New" or as "Damaged". If your product is accepted as "New", you will be able to exchange it.

    Return Shipping

    To return an unopened and unused product, you should mail your product to your nearest Ski Addiction warehouse. Contact Ski Addiction at info@skiaddiction.com for return shipping details.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for a successful delivery to our warehouse.

    Ski Addiction Warranty Program

    Ski Addiction warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Ski Addiction will provide the following outcomes depending on the result of your warranty claim.

    • 0 - 3 Months: Replacement Ski Addiction product.
    • 3 - 6 Months: Heavily discounted Ski Addictions products.
    • 6 - 12 Months: Discounted Ski Addiction products.
    • 12+ Months: Discounted Ski Addiction products.

    Hassle Free Warranty

    Ski Addiction warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase, following the below guidelines. Ski Addiction's only responsibility is to replace or provide additional discounts to be used toward replacement products. Ski Addiction will not be responsible for any costs, losses, injuries or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of any of our products.

    Warranty only applies to Ski Addiction products purchased from www.skiaddiction.com or Ski Addiction HQ.

    • We do not provide a warranty on products from resellers or ex-demo products.
    • Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase required.
    • Ski Addiction is not responsible for products throughout the shipping process, from your door to ours. Shipping charges are not refundable. 
    • Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following;
      • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
      • Damage cause by improperly mounting either the Ski Addiction Tramp Training Bindings or any other ski binding.
      • Damage caused by improper Ski Addiction mounting hardware.
      • Normal wear and tear relevant to your length of ownership.
      • Damage caused from anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
      • Damage caused by use or solvents, adhesives or LOC-TITE.

    Warranty Process:

    Step 1

    • Evaluate the validity of your warranty claim.
    • Was your product purchased within the last 12 months?
    • Does the damage to your product appear to be due to faulty craftsmanship?
    • Was the damage caused by abuse, neglect or improper use?
    • Was it purchased from Ski Addiction or from a re-seller of Ski Addiction products? 

    Step 2

    • Submit your warranty claim to Ski Addiction. Email info@skiaddiction.com with your warranty claim. Please include how the damage occurred, when the damage occurred and an attached picture or video evidence of the damaged product.
    • Please remember to include all your contact details such as first and last name, email address, contact phone number, address and order number.

    If the damage is not clear from your video or photo evidence, you will have to ship and pay for delivery to Ski Addiction located in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to Ski Addiction.

    Tips

    • Evaluate your own claim. If you were Ski Addiction, would you warranty it?
    • We recommend insuring your package. No one likes losing their package.
    • If you bought your product on eBay, it's not covered under warranty.
