*We ship all international orders via express services to ensure faster delivery and avoid lengthy ocean freight delays. Delivery estimates exclude any delays caused by customs clearance or import processing.
Delivery Times and Order Processing
- Refer to the chart above for our usual fulfilment times. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- During busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, processing and delivery may take longer, especially with free or economy shipping options. Express shipping is prioritised and typically arrives faster.
- Please allow a couple of extra business days for processing during peak periods. Some delays may be outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout.
We strongly recommend tracking your shipment directly with the carrier, as third-party apps can occasionally show delayed or incorrect updates.
Customs and Import Fees
There are no customs fees or duties for orders shipped to the USA, Canada, the EU, or Australia.
Other countries may charge import taxes or experience customs delays. These charges are set by local governments, are outside our control, and are the buyer’s responsibility. Most shipments arrive smoothly, but for specific charges, please contact your local customs office.
United Kingdom
We offer free shipping to the UK. However, import duties and VAT are not included in your order total.
These fees are charged by UK Customs and collected by the carrier prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
Europe
Free shipping in Europe is available for the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
European countries not listed above will incur shipping fees.
Australia
Our Australian warehouse is now open, offering fast, affordable shipping with no customs fees.
United States
Free shipping is available within the USA. Exclusions apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping (Outside USA, Canada, EU, Australia)
International shipping is available to most locations, but rates can be high depending on destination and carrier availability.
Delays Due to Holidays
During the holiday season, shipping times may be longer due to high order volumes and carrier congestion. If you are on a tight timeline, we recommend selecting express shipping, as it is prioritized and more reliable during busy periods.
