At Ski Addiction, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality products. As a result, we receive very few warranty claims. However, if you do encounter a manufacturing defect, we’re committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Warranty Coverage

  • Retail Customers: One-year warranty for replacement of the defective Ski Addiction product.
  • Wholesale Customers (High Use Environment): Three-month warranty for replacement of the defective Ski Addiction product.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims.
  • Product Inspection: If the damage is not clearly visible in the submitted photos or videos, Ski Addiction may require the product to be shipped to our facility in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada for inspection.
